Wir freuen uns, anlässlich der Gruppenausstellung SPACE ODDITY – A capsule exhibition die Lecture-Performance "HIPS (Hide In Plain Sight)" des belgischen Künstlers Peter Hermans (*1987, Gent) präsentieren zu können. Hermans befragt in seinen Arbeiten die mediale Produktion von Bildern und Geschichte, und welche Blickregimes in ihr kommuniziert und hergestellt werden. Die Lecture-Performance spannt einen Bogen zwischen seiner künstlerischen Praxis und der theoretischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema der Tarnung als Denkfigur in Politik, Wissenschaft und Kunst.
